Paul Minhas is a small business owner, employer, and downtown New Westminster resident. He opened the Heritage Grill in 2005 and continues to operate Begbie's Pub. An ardent supporter of arts and culture, Paul spearheaded the Annual Pride Week, the Show and Shine, and the Food Truck Festival. His priorities include crime and safety, revitalizing business districts, and promoting New West as a destination.
